Depending on the project, the Detailed Design phase can include construction ready plans and specification, assistance with the permitting process, connection to other local design professionals and preparations for construction.

DETAIL DESIGN

CONSTRUCTION MANAGMENT

Aviva mobilizes teams of staff and contractor design professionals to provide construction support services for approved development projects.

RECENT PROJECTS

Aviva exists to deliver conceptual designs, detailed designs and construction management services to support the sharing of the Gospel of Christ and meeting the physical needs of people throughout Latin America.

Colegio Evangélico Horeb

The Colegio Evangélico Horeb project included the master plan and concept design of facilities for a new preschool, primary and middle school, set together on a hilly wooded site on the edge of town. The site is approximately 3 acres.

Tesoros de Dios

Masterplan design for Tesoros de Dios (God’s Treasures). Part of the design was for an equine therapy centre and stables.

Agua Viva

The site is vast but much of the land is hilly and would be extremely difficult to develop, therefore the proposed masterplan sits within a 24-acre section of the overall site.
